Shipping & Delivery

We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days, unless you choose next day delivery service. International orders may take a little longer.

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched. The delivery time scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order. If placed before 4 pm, subject to passing necessary checks, your order will be shipped the same day, to be received the following day. Orders received after 4pm are also usually despatched the same day.

Orders shipped on Friday almost always arrive on Saturday, however this is not guaranteed. Depending on your location, your order may arrive the following Monday if shipped on Friday.

If this is not the case (e.g. you specify an alternative residential address as the delivery location which resides in another county to the billing address) there may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks. If we are unable to validate your order, you will receive an email to inform you of this.

Please note: In rare circumstances, during extremely busy periods it is not always possible to despatch all orders the same day. To guarantee that you will receive next day delivery you can email us at info@testcountry.eu

For out-of-stock items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 2-10 business days. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

Confidential Testing Information may consist of consumer/donor/collector names, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, social security numbers, employment information; test or specimen ID #, test dates, test times, test results, reason for test, type of test, test conditions, identity of testing laboratory, or identity of person requesting test.

Except as set forth herein, TestCountry.eu will not intentionally disclose Confidential Testing Information to any third party, and will make reasonable efforts to protect Confidential Testing Information from disclosure to third parties. You may authorize, in writing, the release of your testing results to third parties, and TestCountry.eu assumes no liability resulting from such authorized release of information.

In the event of a lawful subpoena or other order of any court of competent jurisdiction for Confidential Testing Information, TestCountry.eu will comply with such court order, and Customer hereby acknowledges that under such circumstances Confidential Testing Information may be disclosed by TestCountry.eu. Customer further acknowledges that TestCountry.eu may contract with third party laboratories to conduct testing of samples, and that such third party laboratories may maintain records of such tests. Customer acknowledges TestCountry.eu has no control over the conduct or omissions of such third party laboratories. TestCountry.eu hereby disclaims any and all liabilities for any disclosure by such third party laboratories of Confidential Testing Information."

Security Policy

We understand your concerns for personal security when placing orders or giving out personal information on the Internet. That's why providing a secure shopping environment is one of TestCountry.eu's highest priorities. Returns & Replacements

We're committed to selling high-quality standards FDA approved products. We also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are not used or unpacked. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries. If you send it back to us within 15 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a replacement or a refund. Please note that each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all the shipping charges when we ship the wrong and defective items.

You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. You should also record the tracking number.

Estimated Taxes

Automatic Promotional Codes

Some promotional discounts are automatically applied to your order during Checkout. If this is the case, your promotional discount will automatically be applied to qualified orders.
